This one needs new photos. Assuming they're not still trying to sell it as a shrine to the Kagan's taste, and have gotten rid of all that stuff.

They finally gave up:

01/30/2009 Price decreased by 11% to $7,750,000.
03/09/2009 Price decreased by 12% to $6,800,000.

I like the Caucasian rug at the 1:38 mark. The painting in the middle of it, not so much. I guess they ran out of wall space for hanging stuff and had to double up.

What a magnificent interior. It's almost more a design tour but you do get a sense of the large rooms. The Kagans are both still alive; perhaps they've just taken it off the market & will continue to live there happily.

It's interesting, the pictures seem to want to sell the furnishings more than the apartment. Some of the pieces are absolutely wonderful and I love the wall treatment in the bath picture. I wonder who took the pictures.
