anyone have an update on how sales are going for the remaining apts? Are they really negotiating given the market conditions? Liked the building but certainly not going to pay anywhere near the list price. Thanks.

BRCJCMNY...What is the current situation with the building, the developer, the construction company, lenders, liens on the building, etc...? I agree that it is a great building, but the current development has a long and sordid history. I think the developer's bank(s) are probably in control at this point. Make sure you know where everything stands before you sign a contract. Talk to people who live there now. I was around it for a while but checked out a long time ago.
