Cobble Hill?!?! http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/rental/504246-rental-cobble-hill-brooklyn This is Cobble Hill like JFK is the Lower East Side. You can see the exact location of the apartment by clicking through to the brokers site. This is at least two neighborhoods away in a city where just a few blocks changes everything. Why do brokers misrepresent their properties so badly and then hate the bad press they get? It's akin to spam. Making a buyer/renter click through to find out its all bullshit.

Only the very crappiest brokers pull that kind of stunt, and they're kind enough to flag themselves by omitting a full address. Likewise, you should omit them from your search. (Conveniently, this rids you of all Sh*tty Habitats listings, too.)
