http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/376785-coop-800-west-end-avenue-upper-west-side-new-york I had been keeping my eye on this one because I thought it looked very nice, and it entered contract very quickly. Now, several months later, it's no longer listed in contract, but there's also no final sale price listed on streeteasy. Does that imply the deal fell through, or is streeteasy sometimes slow to update the transaction prices?

Azil: It sold two weeks ago. No tax filing the last time I looked, and ACRIS is down at the moment.

Please do post this information. I had planned to see it but it sold much faster than I could get organized and I was surprised that it sold so quickly.

I also had wanted to see this one that also seemed to go to contract quickly. Did you look at this apartment?
