Seems like 17E is larger, higher (better views) and a better deal although maaintenance is $2,100.

co-op board in this building is one of the worst in the city. I have a friend who was subletting in the building and his neighbors (owner tenants) were basically living in hell. maintenance hikes, eviction threats...terrible...buyer beware...
