Anyone know the deal with this development? Every listing says "in contract" on SE and prices on many are rising.

Related? Very reputable developer. Has a portfolio of luxury rentals and has built some of the best condo buildings in the city--The Chatham, Time Warner Center, The Caledonia, One Carnegie Hill etc.

Just wait, my guess is many of those wont close. The building is still getting its finishing touches. I'd look for those prices to come down as some of the existing listings inevitably come back on the market after buyers walk away from their deposits.
