Did anyone see anything good today? How about an increase in foot traffic? We're definitely seeing more units going into contract but in general agree with UrbanDigs that it's seasonal. good on you evnyc. i don't know if i already posted this (i thought it and sometimes my thoughts make it to print), but i'd love to contribute when i'm looking (not that often, but i do intense bursts) but it would be in the chelsea, gramercy, flatiron areas generally, if that would work.

Thanks for the post, DT! It was fun. That was the only one I saw this week. Apart from the back alley, it was a very nice apartment.

aboutready - we would looooove to hear from you! We definitely appreciate your wisdom on the Streeteasy boards and we have a good amount of FiDi, BPC, Tribeca covereage, so a Chelsea, Gramercy, Flatiron writer would be uber desirable :)
