Discussion about 239 Central Park West #2A
Interesting that this apartment was 2,500 square feet when they bought it last year, but has somehow grown to 3,000 square feet now!

Hard to tell where the problem originated on this one. Before the 2500SF listing that sold, Elliman claimed 3000SF for the same apartment (see http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/64827-coop-239-central-park-west-upper-west-side-new-york ). The floorplan - even the one accompanying the 2500SF listing - looks more like 2800, IF the room measurements are accurate. Those measurements might be the issue, because they appear to be lower on other listings in the line. A further complication is that BHS doesn't normally provide square footage for coops, and the 3000 figure doesn't appear on their website.
