Walking away from deposits

I saw a thread on this for the District condo. I'm wondering how many others are thinking of walking away from other condo buildings. Please post if you're thinking of doing so or if you already have done so also and if you're comfortable, the building in question. I'm debating if I should walk myself at Chelsea Modern.

There are lots of other threads on this general topic, including a number where people have discussed walking from this or that building (Brompton, Rushmore, various FiDi buildings, others). Hopefully others will post here in response to your question, but you can also find quite a bit of history by searching the discussion threads for "deposit".
