I agree with the article, Coldwell Banker is for the burbs. They had no name or respect in the city. Hence the failure.

What are you talking about? The parent comapny of Coldwell Banker, Realogy, also owns Corcoran, Citi Habitats, and Sothebys. They are all the same comapny, just with 4 different names!
