Discussion about
Anyone had any experience with them? We are renting on EEA and our lease is up. Apartments above ours were leased in September 08 for $600 less than we paid two years ago and we cannot get Northbook to even enter into a conversation about reducing our rent. They are outrageous and we are curious if anyone has any experience in another Northbrook building. Thanks

I don't know much about their rental business but my friend worked as an associate for them doing private equity funded acquisitions of commercial realestate, they made some big bets in early 2008 and about half the office got let go in October. In anycase, I'm sure they need the money.
