has anyone seen the lobby in this place, nice faux marble- it looks like the building is out of money, the maintenance has increased significantly and they can't redo the lobby to keep it current- BEWARE BUYERS

i wonder why this hasn't sold one of the best 2 bedroom on the uws-

why did this apartment not yet sale- its so peculiar-

The maint is too high for the cost of the apartment. The financials in the building my have some red flags. The price should go down to 1.2.

other apartments in the building have sold recently so the financials can't be all that bad-

i say it will sell at ask shortly-

nice property in all liklihood the owners have received offers but are not budging on price- 4 months on the market, i wonder if they will change brokers after six months?

These folks need to cut their price by 25% or so.
