has anyone seen the lobby in this place, nice faux marble- it looks like the building is out of money, the maintenance has increased significantly and they can't redo the lobby to keep it current- BEWARE BUYERS

Smoke seepage. What smoke seepage? There's a barbeque place next door. There's a club in the basement. What smoke? You want to bring the rest of us up to speed?

The maint is too high for the cost of the apartment. The financials in the building my have some red flags. The price should go down to 1.2.

if the place hasn't sold, it must mean the market thinks the price is too high- lower the price make the sale- rather surprising this has not sold-

These folks need to cut their price by 25% or so.
