In Friday’s state report, Arkansas and Montana tied for the biggest over-the-month payroll gains at 1,500 each. They were followed by Florida, where jobs increased by 1,300. NICE NICE... 305MM people in America... the top 3 states created 4,300 jobs month over month.... well F'n pop the champagne and let's eat the last of the bacon.... This RECESSION IF OVER .... it's so 2009 and you're so 2000 late.... Pls try to put a positive spin on this....

I so look forward to viewing the daily soap opera, which is the Streeteasy threads. It really keeps me glued to the internet day-in and day-out. So when I see a lead-in by one of the regulars like w"some random street number" (I think there are a couple of people who go by a street number as a handle -very original) I am always particularly curious....so that all being said, this particular thread was a great lead in, but HOW THE HELL did you not proof read this before posting?
