Yes, prices did go down but not as much as advertised. The 2 apts aren't really comparable. Going from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor facing Central Park, makes a HUUUUUGE difference in views. You go from the most coveted million dollar plus view to an ok one.

Isn't this a Condo Hotel. Why isn't the SEC doing their job. This is not real estate with all due respect to their "NO ACTION" letter.

If this went into contract back in September it was presumably before much of the recent financial turmoil we have seen. Current prices could easily be far weaker.
