Discussion about 1 Wall Street Court #408
Regarding the rental listed by Corcoran (i.e., by Mabel Cheah and Robert Teer) for a studio at 1 Wall Street Court... If the rental price is reduced to the price of $1950--the price it was 1 month ago--I would view it this week and, provided the apartment is as described, will sign a lease on site.
