We saw this apartment at an open house in May 2009. Although listed as a two bedroom apartment, in its current configuration it is really a one bedroom apartment. The owner divided the second bedroom into a tiny second room and a separate office the size of a closet. The apartment was staged as the owner has already left the apartment. The living and dining area wasn't large but had nice light. The left portion of the view from the master bedroom window is of the roof and ventilation equipment of a smaller apartment building. The owners did put some money into the design of the closets although the closets were small except for the master bedroom walk-in closet. Besides the main entrance on Broadway, we noticed that there were several entrances on the side street for the ground floor apartments as well as three other doors to the building.
