So many questions unanswered. Are those highly touted six-panel doors solid wood, or cheap-ass hollow plastic? How "huge" is this laundry room in the basement? Be specific: how MANY washers and dryers?? And they're calling a room that's only 8 feet wide a "bedroom" ... seriously?? "There are six huge closets (floor to ceiling storage)" -- aren't all closets floor to ceiling? "The owner used two exquisite floor-to-ceiling columns to separate the dinning area from the living room. " Sorry, the columns look dumb, and they're not fooling anyone. They look like two random columns someone picked up at Home Depot and stuck in the living room.

$830K is a bit much for one bathroom on First Avenue with a front door that opens directly into the living room (excuse me ... "dining room" ... I forgot about the "two exquisite floor-to-ceiling columns").
