Thanks for your input. This is Brooklyn, so if you don't want Brooklyn then I guess that it a strike against it. As for no doorman, that isn't what I am looking for in this neighborhood anyway.

I used to live on 4th Place so I understand your fondness for the location. I think it is overpriced. You are not zoned for PS 29 and that usually gives a boost to the price. The bedrooms are small.

The total price for this brownstone comes out to be $5+Mil. You can buy 2 for that money.

I just reviewed the floor plan for the supposed 1205 sq ft condo and couldn't get the number to add up to even 1000 sq ft. This means that you are actually paying $985 per sq ft. Nowadays, you can get a better deal even in the premier areas in Manhattan.

Buyer beware.
