Why does subsidized housing always mean "there goes the neighborhood"? The crime stats for that neighborhood, according to the StreetEasy link, show very little crime over the past couple of years, and of that, none is serious (no murders, rapes, assaults, etc.). Perhaps (gasp!) people of different income levels can live together in relative peace.
