Heads up to renters. I just rented a two bedroom (950 square feet) in Stuy Town for $3,050 per month. They have a great promotion where you get two free months, a $500 gift card if you sign your lease 24 hours from the time you first visit the sales center and a second $500 gift card if you know someone who currently lives in Stuy Town. All in, our monthly rent for the first year is about $3,000. Not bad considering almost every other two bedroom we saw was $4K and up.
