Discussion about
I have a brownstone in prime PS to put on the market for a client, and am looking for brokers to advise on how best to do it. It's a fabulous house and cosmetically a wreck. Anyone have a recommendation? I'm a long-time lurker, just signed up to post. Yes, of course it's because I needed something.

to clarify, I'm not a broker, I work with estates, helping close them down.

My two go-tos for this would be Linda VanderWoude of Halstead and Christina Fallon of Realty Collective -- both are trustworthy brownstone Brooklyn experts.

Tell either of them that Ali Rogers sent you.

Thanks Ali!

eskay - I would be happy to talk to you about this. "Cosmetically a wreck" can actually be a selling point in this market, especially if it's priced in. Prime Park Slope has been so expensive for so long that people are looking for ways to get in without paying the premiums for renovated homes. You can reach me at tina24hour at yahoo dot com.

That makes two self-promotional posts for me today, which is two more than I have ever posted. Sorry, folks.
