Discussion about The Oxford at 422 East 72nd Street in Lenox Hill
We would appreciate any information concerning living in this building. My wife is very noise sensitive and is concerned that the walls between apartments are too thin and that noises from neighboring apartments (ex. music, televison) can be easily heard. How would the condo board handle any noise complaints? Any other info concerning living in the building would be appreciated. Thanks

Not sure about the walls, but you might consider the possibility of ambulances coming down 72nd St. or York Ave., depending on which way the apartment windows face and which floor you're on. NY Presbyterian ambulance entrance is all the way at the end of E 70th, which basically puts ambulances coming down E 70th or E 72nd.
