one beacon court is a nicer product, but prefer the location of time warner.

Beacon is a much more unique product, closer to 15 CPW. Its got a bunch of Yankees and other celbutards, thats going to keep some of its brand more so than a no name building on the west side.

Hell, its got a bloomberg in it...

Also, remember, only the top is residential...

I would also go with One Beacon despite the location. It has maintained and will maintain its value.

I like "despite the location". Because columbus circle is such a prize.

Personally, I'll take the 1 beacon location.
