This pricing is delusional. The unit doesn't even clear the building next door . . . it faces an interior brick wall 20 or 30 feet away. Brand new units three floors up (those that clear the building) were on market for just over $100K more . . . and we'll see where they close. Think $1.2M to $1.3M.
