suggestion for rental downtown / midtown west

My firm has a nicely reno'd garden-facing 2/2 for $5900 in a luxury doorman building in Chelsea, but the laundry's in the basement.

Let me know if that's a dealbreaker.

I think considering the areas TOP is looking, its probably waaaay too high. He woudld have asked about Chelsea if he coudl afford chelsea.

I once lived at 75 west street, technically in Tribecca, but often mapped as Fidi, and marketed as BPC (because its on the highway.) Chose what neighborhood you want to call it. They have w/d in 2 beds 2baths and giagantic terraces in some units. Look up that address on this site and get the #.

hey front_porch...i've been looking at apts downtown (fidi) and at 15 william beaver i noticed that the sq footage listed (800-830) is not the sqft of the apts (which are closer to 625)...how can that be? and that makes the prices they are asking just ludicrous...or am i wrong? i'd like to live i the building..but not at the prices they are asking. any ideas?
i also looked at 75 wall...and the apts are large...but still a little pricey....any ideas there?

Look at BPC.....many rentals in the Millennium - 30 West St. just research it on this site.
