See how they portray husbands as spinless frightened brow beaten loosers kowtowing to their unattractive hard edged spouses?
Behind evey successful man is some nasty ass bitch of a wife that they are afraid to go home to.
This is a town full of just such men.
I have a really nice wife...my lack of success is clearly her fault.

That's a little harsh. There's a long tradition in TV media portraying such stereotypes.

i always thought that cheerios commercial was odd. the voices always seemed odd to me...not to mention the terrible narrative and dialogue.
