Don't forget, that was the plan all along.
Buy all foreign oil possible from middle east, pay them in USD.
Convince them to buy weapons from US with the USD we gave them for their oil.
Use these weapons to kill their local neighbors periodically.
Hope their oil runs out at the same time their USD runs out.
then drill our own oil and live happily ever after.
