I for one am a Nigerian prince who has been looking for the right person to offer the opportunity of a lifetime to. Troubles in my country have left me with no option but to move my assets abroad, but I am in need of a partner in the United States.

I post messages promoting rentals in the up-and-coming areas and trash FiDi, so as to justify my existence--living in a rental studio in Harlem. Why? Because renting is ALWAYS smarter, and up-and-coming is THE only way to be.
