Although I am familiar with this building but not this particular unit, it is a one bedroom that has been converted to a 2 bed so there might not be much bedroom space or one bedroom might be smaller than the other so harder to share. Plus a 4 flight walk-up usually scares people off. The 2 month security probably wouldn't be negotiable especially if your guarantor is out-of-state but in this market if your (and your guarantor's) financials are good, it doesn't hurt to ask.
