"Alost" is a good name for a condo or an ill-timed hotel brand launch.

great article, this is exactly my situation. looking for new bldg w/tax abatement amenities, but lower than $1000 psf. i guess i'll just have to wait while the developers inventory stays put

thanks, kimerama, she gave me the info but i had lost it. it is site for people who own, though, so i didn't want to ask here, because we don't always play nice in the sandbox.
