great location but one of the ugliest, dated buildings in existence. A wasted listing by the seller. The denial right now is so strong it hurts.

chucku, do you think the broker tried to tell the seller that the neighbor, with an apartment that's an identical size, went into contract at $740k? maybe 19C is a couple of hundred thousand dollars more special than 19D?

how anyone ever thought those apartments were worth more than $1000 psf, even at the height, stuns the mind. this is the poster child for the bubble, along with Madison Green.
