it depends on what location you want to live in. Are you referrign to new devlepments on the Hudson River, those in Montclair, or somewhere else?

I don't know NJ that well, but I'm refering to the ones around Jersey City and any other place within a 40 min commute to the city.

Maxwell Place in Hoboken is nice. If you want brand new construction, then you could also try 77 Hudson in Jersey City. Then there is also the Watermark in North Bergen. And theres also Henley on the Hudson in Weehawken. I've never sen the insides of these buildings however, as I am just familiar with the area.

Also depends on your pricing and commute. The townhouses of Henley are gorgeous, but expensive. I like the A Condominium in Jersey City because it is mostly sold out and prices are pretty good.

If the townhouses at Henley are out of your price range, they have cheaper apartments you can buy.

another factor you have to determine is whether you don't mind commuting by bus or if being within walking distance of the PATH is a must. Another building in a great location, although not brand new, that you also might want to consider is Hudson Tea in Hoboken.
