Help me find a rental

Budget: 3000 on a no fee rental Size: large one bed ideally one bed with home office at least 800sqf Neighbourhoods: Fidi, Union Square, Tribecca, Soho, East village (but must be close to subway 2/3 blocks at most) Amenities: Washer dryer in apt, gym and roof deck What I have seen: 75 Wall (nice but one bed was small, the one bed home office is 4500 per month with 2 months free that is out of my budget) What I am going to see: 2 Gold, 37 Wall Any suggestions for me ? or am I asking for too much ? I need to move by Aug 1.

too early to look -- I did not see until mid sept what was availble in oct...

Have what you need in Financial District, at effective $2,400 after factoring in two months free rent.
