I just got through to Mellon in Manhattan. They do NOT offer 15 or 30-yr fixed rate mtges at all. Longest term is 10/1 ARM.

I don't think it was ever in the station. Matt was stating a blunt fact that Mellon was offering 4%, 30-yr fixed jumbo to "qualified" clients. I'm calling him on it.
