Completely gut renovated and for the first time I absolutely love the renovation!
In the process of completing the Board Package.
Waiting played on our side, obviously. First Apt was a Condo, very close in price but 35% smaller. Second one a Co-op, 15% smaller, same price but close to estate condition. This time we are paying almost the same as the prior two for an apartment that we can move in the day we close without having to do anything besides basic decoration issues.
I wish all of you looking for an apartment good luck and thanks to all because comments on this Board help me greatly on my apartment search.
