Hilarious, I added up the 2 BR's and living room, came to roughly 550 sqr ft...the listing is for 1,350 sqr ft... so the two bathrooms, kitchen and hallway is 800 sqr ft? That is awesome! Might as well call it a 4 br. And I just got a flyer in the mail for this shithole building...$500 off the first month's rent!
