Anybody seen any good deals on the upper east side, in particular Carnegie Hill and Yorkville area? Thanks.

rent or buy?

I've seen a crazy amount of deals in renovated rental walkups. Yeah, walkups, but you can do 2nd floor. And you are talking about some pretty cool buildings with some prewar character. Lots of exposed brick stuff, too.

And then separately, I saw a listing on streeteasy for an 11oo square foot duplex in a pool doorman building at 87 and lex for $2700. I just did a detail search.
