a triple hello and welcome back. i think we had some similar concerns, but i'm not quite sure how our postings overlapped. but nonetheless, i've read that you were a wonderful contributor, and i for one am very happy to have you here.

Hey dco, welcome back. Did you really go away for all this time or have you been posting under a different alias? Good to have you back regardless.

JM- No wasn't posting under another name. I just got tired of arguing about the markets (financial and RE). I realized that my strong belief's were often causing hurt to others. I thought that most everyone on the site knew how I felt about the economy and that was enough. I real did miss it however. I truly did learn a lot from this site. I did read the postings from time to time. I was nice to see the old crew still going strong. One thing that's clearer now then several months ago is how much passion 98% of the blogger's have for NYC. It's the one thing that both bulls and bears have in common.

Can you believe I haven't eaten there yet? I did walk in once but they had a private party going on. I like Masso - some dishes are better than others. I ate at Tournesol for the first time in a while and I have to say it was excellent.
