I think he has the new persona, just not a new handle. I'd just as soon not have to put a new handle on ignore, so may as well let him be. Maybe he's schizophrenic? In which case he deserves some sympathy. Perhaps owning a declining asset has driven him around the bend so that all of his otherwise hidden racism is on public display.

I think we should let him stay. It's very grounding to hear the New Jersey perspective on New York real estate. Even if it's all wrong all the time.
