Nothing like some peaceful Middle East buyers to pump up NYC RE :) How many muslim RE brokers are out there......... but seriously.... plenty of time for $500psf... b/f world peace is achieved.... just being practical here.... :)

There is a reason why Islam has given this world nothing but the suicide belt and the willingness to turn their children into bombs: fundamentalist Islam is a gutter religion which seeks to ultimately destroy the world in order to send its followers to heaven. As with any two sides of a difficult argument, one must appease the insane side and force the rational side to stand down -- which is exactly what is happening here. Hussein Obama, however, does find it especially easy to appease the religion in which he was raised.
