What happened to the conversion of the Mill Building? There are rentals and sales both available

Done and done, trinityparent. Sold out - the sales are resales, and the rental currently on the market is a failed resale.

By the way trinityparent, have you looked at 60 Broadway? I can't recall from earlier threads if you're considering the south side...

Thanks Tina. Yes, I love the Gretch building but hate the location. Maybe I'll eventually come around. But how come Corcoran lists five Mill Bldg rentals on their site?

I was just referring to the Mill listings here on Streeteasy.
I'd be happy to take you out for oysters and cocktails at Marlow & Sons if you want to discuss the Southside...

TP: you are totally channeling the Montclair (?) couple profiled in NYT who moved to Billburg.

I know. Actually, they're channeling us -- my husband didn't want to be interviewed so we passed.
