This is a very nice apt, but i question the square footage. Also, where did the PW charm go?

nice place. don't know the building so it's hard to comment on price. seems high for size. interesting lay out...any views?

None of the north-side artist studio buildings with the exception of 1W67 seem to have much detail left. Anyone know why? Many of them have double-ht LRs though. Layout is terrible with the skinny 3rd bed.

I like it. Little awkward because of the combo but overall nice space.

FYI, that unit sold for $1.670 mid-'05. i presume they did they reno, though, so they're definitely taking a cut if you consider transaction costs and reno.
