the last transaction shown was for $11,230,700.

So the seller bought it for $11.2 Millions and tried to sell it for $35Millions?
That changes everything. The poor woman just got ripped off! :-)

there is no getting ripped off on this kind of deal. this is where you go to live every moment of the rest of your life, while the real poor people (that is us) try to make a buck. am happy for her no matter what she paid.
