Given the choice of $2150 or $2200, I'd rather do it for $2150, is that ok?
to PCVill: you've to discuss with building management, that was the price quote given to me and next renter should at least lease for a year. i'm actually paying $2150 and been in the building since 1995. if you give me your email i can provide details and let the doorman know you'd like to view the apartment.
