Now, this broker description is funny. Math challenged: "4,000 S.F. full floor Condo Loft." "Dramatic 50' x 100' Column free space." And "Column free"? Check out the picture of the kitchen!

That is quite hilarious! What a pain it would be to work around that obstruction!
