What do people think of this building?

Layouts are less than ideal, rooms are on the smaller side. BTW, one of the apts was featured in NYT RE - presented as such a great deal for Biglaw partner and wife. They spent $$$ renovating only to put on mkt unsuccesfully in '08. Now off mkt.

My bad, diff. building. I think that was 1361 Mad. Same kind of layouts though.
