I saw that apartment.. The renovation is nice but there is very little natural light in the apartment. It is dark plus all the windows face inside. The buyers will be living with other rent controlled people which can be all walks of life. I agree with aboutready, why would i pay 1m for a partial rent controlled apt and little natural light..
