OMG this is the UGLIEST building. Plus this is a combination of 2 2 bed 2 baths, since this buidling was built before 2/2s were common, and the biggest orginal units are 2/1 at most.

IF you are going to live in Harlem, there are much better bangs for you buck.

People must have read that there have been bidding wars on apartments again. Clearly the slump is over and it's time to cash in!
