Rivers Bend

The building feels very old and not very well maintained. It looks good from the outside, but not realy that nice on the inside.

Anyone have recent info on this building? It looks like the units sit on the market a long time.

This is a SOLOW building, they are amongst the worst Landlord's in NYC. The buildings are poorly maintained, the halls are filthy, cockroaches and bed bugs are normal. The building security is poor. The washing machines are old, and they flood, bring your boots with you to the Laundry Room. The appliances are old and poor maintenance is the norm, they rarely update them. Wait until your renewal, they get outrageous increases and frankly don't care low long you've been a tenant of their's.
