seems like a nice space. i am never in love with layouts that have the foyer as anything other then a foyer. have you seem it, that area is nice but not really a neighborhoody place. having said all that i think the price is still too high- more like 500k would be the right price

yes...its apt 15H...i live in murray hill and love it...ie prime historic murray hill....east 34 to east 39th between lex and mad......its 850 sq ft......park avenue coop...high floor ...with nice views....but my big issue is mtce..its high and you know it will only go higher ...and no windows in kitchen and bath.......im torn.....but love the area and building/

is $500k considered a lowball offer on this property?

It looks like they're eager to sell but $500k might be a little low; what if you offer $525/530 & then meet them somewhere in between.

prob becuase the mtce is high and wanted something at 500k otherwise its prob best to wait till next year...i think LOL
